GOOD QUALITY SOLID PINE DOUBLE BED VERY STURDY WITH SLATTED BASE (NO MATTRESS INCLUDED) Hi and welcome our advert for this surplus to requirements pine bed! It’s in good general condition – with a few scratches here and there (see pics) The great thing about pine is you can sand it down re varnish it ir rub it all down and turn it ;very trendy ‘shabby Chic’ but as a used item it’s in fair good feta. Unfortunately we have no bolts for the bed – but the main rails are mortised and tennon joints which fit together well (see pics) and I am sure an average DIY ‘chap’ or ‘ chapess’ could find some screws or bolts to fit – the holes are already there. This bed has a good sturdy set or slats attached by hessian strip. It also has a nice thick middle rail that is also mortise tennon jointed All in all it’s a good bed and I have taken in to account the lack of screws in the price!! so grab this bargain !! – it really is a good buy!
